Customer acknowledges traditional (tarp-style) pool covers carry inherent risks, including but not limited to water accumulation, cover failure, potential pool damage, and the risk of injury or drowning to persons or animals. Customer assumes all liability associated with the use of a traditional cover following service. No warranty or guarantee is provided on traditional cover performance.
